TVS EGR block off plate improvment

The stock EGR block off plate provided by VMP for the Gen 2 TVS leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a thick block that’s ascetically unpleasing and ugly under hood.

A nice way to clean that up is to get a standard EGR block off plate. I got aluminum since it’s easier to bend and work with. Notice the supplied TVS block off plate has an angle machined on it. That’s because there’s no flange on the inlet of the blower and the block off plate must conform to the curve of the intake.
Using the TVS unit as a template you can bend your new smaller unit into shape in a bench vice.
Test fit and keep bending / massaging into shape until you have a good test fit.

Next you can paint it wrinkle black to match the blower.
